At My Baby Bubble, we take great pride in offering beautiful, carefully selected handmade and boutique baby clothing.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to check all product descriptions, measurements, sizes and photographs carefully before placing an order.

Handmade & Personalised Items

For clothing made specifically to your individual measurements, specifications or personalised requirements, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges where the applicable legal exemption applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Standard Boutique Clothing

For our standard, non-personalised clothing purchased online, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.

Customers must notify us within this period and return the goods within a further 14 days.

We do not offer discretionary exchanges or returns outside your statutory rights.

Sizing & Exchanges

Please check our sizing information carefully before ordering.

We do not offer a general size-exchange service. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, customers may return their item in accordance with that right and place a new order in their preferred size.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Return Postage & Refunds

Where a change-of-mind return is legally permitted, customers are responsible for return postage costs provided this was communicated before purchase.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law.
